Training

Relevant structured training classes. SAFe class registrations include exam fees.

A broad overview of SAFe at all levels, covering strategy/portfolio, large solutions (multiple agile trains), and team iterations (2 days).

For architects at all levels (enterprise, solution, system) designing solutions and/or enterprise portfolio mgmt (all domains -- business/IT) (3 days).

The "team level" training needed to deliver value 2-week iterations (e.g., typical Scrum/XP practices), but in context of scaling an Agile Release Train of up to 125 people (2 days).
