Summary: For architects at all levels (enterprise, solution, system) who will participate in solution design and/or ongoing enterprise portfolio management, including all domains of architecture (business and IT).

- For business and technology architects who will work across teams in any kind of architect / design capacity, or broad platform development work.
- For consultants advising CIO / technology leadership on technical aspects of digital transformation. A primary outcome / application of this course is to operate a SIR (Solution Intent Repository) to define and communicate the right amount of “architectural runway” for the program to deliver optimal value.
- For senior technical contributors who need to understand the role of System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects in Lean-Agile enterprises. The course is also appropriate for individuals desiring a deeper view into how architecture enables continuous value flow and how architects engage in, and contribute to, a Lean-Agile enterprise.
Details: During this course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. Participants will explore the roles, responsibilities, and mindset of Agile Architects, and appreciate how to align architecture with business value and drive continuous flow to large systems-of-systems while supporting SAFe® program execution.
