The Lean Scaled Spotlight series is a casual and fun way for us here at Lean Scaled Architects to share a little professional background, some of our personal hobbies or passion projects, and interesting tidbits about our team.
Hi! My name is Nolan Nahar. I am a Sr. Advisor at Lean Scaled Architects.
A world traveling Architect & Futurist with a deep passion for Enterprise Architecture, Emerging Technologies and Intelligent connectivity, this 29-year-old lives at the cutting edge.
Hello, my name is Nolan, and my passion is the Future. From the time I was young, I have always been fascinated by intricacies of technology and the possibilities of the world of tomorrow. From movies like iRobot, depicting a future in which a centrally operated AI system runs the city of Chicago and millions of robots, to videogames like Watchdogs Legion, which warn against the use of technology and the emergence of the Modern Authoritarian Surveillance State, the opportunities and dangers of the future have always been front of mind.
During my studies at UC Santa Barbara, I began to explore the intersection of Business and Technology ultimately leading to the creation of my own digital platform and consultancy “Syneoflux Tech” dedicated to exploring Futurism, Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting and Intelligent Systems. I also teamed up with two film and video agencies as the Executive Director and Director of Ideas, specializing in Business agility, strategy development, EA solutions and alignment, project execution, and more.
Now as a Sr. Advisor and Enterprise Architect with LSA I continue to explore the possibilities of the future by using EA to envision and design the connected enterprise. My Professional interests are primarily in the areas of Agile Enterprise Architecture, Internet of Things, Business Agility, Digital Transformation, Futurism, and Intelligent Connectivity.
On a personal level, I love travel, international cuisine, the arts and spirituality.

2. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do for a living?
Currently I am a Sr. Advisor and Enterprise Architect with LSA. I also own a digital platform and freelance consultancy. I decided to begin my own platform back in university because of my creative impulse and lack of a formal outlet to share my ideas and grow.
